Supercharge your leadership skills in just 6 months! Join leadership training experts Julie Brown, MBA/MPH and Cheryl Mann, MBA, PCC, CPCC, CTPC as they share the tools that propel other successful leaders from middle managers through the C-Suite.

- Deliver actionable tools and best practices for both the “being” and “doing” of leadership
- Help you identify and tackle your high priority leadership challenges, enabling you to elevate your strengths, and uncover
your hidden leadership “superpowers” - Provide dynamic, interactive, and real‐time support to boost your leadership in impactful ways
- Broaden your leadership support network by leveraging ideas and experiences with other successful, like‐minded leaders
with similar challenges, in a positive and supportive environment, for additional support and networking! - Get customized support for your individual goals and challenges with one‐on‐one coaching
Program Overview:
- Two 60‐minute, private virtual coaching sessions customized to support you with your specific leadership challenges
- Six 90‐minute monthly virtual group sessions that will use a variety of learning strategies to enhance understandings and
deepen your leadership abilities (topics to be finalized by Program participants) - Leadership support and networking through group interactions and optional “program partner” support
- Discussion forum for group exchange and resource sharing (articles, blogs, podcasts, Ted Talks, etc.) between sessions
- Intimate learning environment to optimize your engagement (12 participant maximum)

This program is unique ‐ participants will determine the specific areas of Program focus, so that it is custom tailored to YOU and your real‐time leadership needs! Representative leadership challenges/topics that have been identified by current leadership clients:
- Post Pandemic Leadership Challenges (e.g., burnout, strategic alignment issues, impact of turnover, staffing challenges)
- Leading Effectively in a Hybrid Environment (maintain culture and values, performance management, workplace norms)
- Inspiring Others When You’re Not Feeling It (balance leadership authenticity with organizational expectations, motivating
others) - Leading Through Influence (relationship management, working across teams/units without formal authority)
